200 Ignites!!!

Recently I facilitated my 200th Ignite workshop! Ignite is a term I use for Big Room Planning, PI Planning, or any other type of highly collaborative planning workshop, involving anything from 10 to 100 participants. Those who have attended one of my Ignites over the last 15 years know that I try to bring a certain style and energy to them. Every Ignite has achieved its outcome of an agreed prioritised plan in under a day for some of Australia’s most complex portfolios, programs and projects. So as I reach this milestone, this is a big call out of thanks to all my peers (both current and past) and participants who have been on this journey with me. And for having the faith and an open mind to be part of the process. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing some of my insights from the 200 Ignites.
