They are an awesome way for senior stakeholders and product owners to represent their aspirational goals for key initiatives
Essentially, you are asking them to send a Postcard to themselves from 1 year ahead articulating the customer experience or key value that has been implemented.
It is a great way for the business to describe to the delivery teams what they have in mind, and helps the team remain focus on the bigger picture.
